If we are not in your insurance network, your insurance company may reimburse you for “out of network” services. A “superbill” can be provided to submit to your insurance company.

Our Service Fees
Evaluation / Initial Consultation (up to 90 minutes): $325

Follow-up Appointment (up to 25 minutes) : $150

If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, you must notify our office to cancel or reschedule the appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time or you will be charged the following:
No show for initial client visit (first appointment) : $250
​
No show for established client visit : $100
​
Late Cancellation (less than 24 hour notice) for initial client visit (first appointment) : $200
​
Late Cancellation (less than 24 hour notice) for established client visit : $75
